Key Responsibilities
Preparation, verification, and submission of RA bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements
Quantity surveying and measurement checking as per approved drawings and actual site execution
Cost estimation, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation
Coordination with site teams for progress tracking and billing inputs
Liaison with clients, consultants, and vendors for billing approvals and documentation
Maintain accurate records for audits, compliance, and reporting
Assist the Project Manager in cost control, budgeting, and financial monitoring
Conduct weekly site visits and review project progress
Experience must be in
canals, railways, roads, bridges, and irrigation projects
Daily progress report should be prepared in excel and submitted to Management
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(Diploma holders with strong and relevant experience may also apply)* Minimum
10 years of relevant experience
in billing, estimation, and site coordination
Must be proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP tools
Sound knowledge of standard billing practices and project documentation
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
