Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and process

client and subcontractor bills

as per contract terms. Take

measurements from drawings and site

for quantity estimation. Prepare

Running Account (RA) bills

,

final bills

, and ensure timely submission to clients. Maintain

record of measurements, reconciliation statements

, and material consumption reports. Coordinate with

site teams, clients, and consultants

for billing documentation and clarifications. Ensure billing is in compliance with

PWD/CPWD standards, norms, and formats

. Assist in

rate analysis, BOQ preparation

, and cost control activities. Maintain accurate and updated billing records for audits and project review.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

building construction billing

processes. Hands-on experience in

PWD/CPWD billing procedures

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing-related software

. Sound understanding of

BOQ, quantity take-off, and rate analysis

. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
