Seeking an experienced Civil Billing Engineer with a strong background in billing management for industrial and residential construction projects. The role requires overseeing the billing process, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Contract Compliance

: Ensure that billing activities are in line with contract specifications and client requirements.

Progress Billing

: Coordinate with site engineers to track project progress and initiate progress billing accordingly.

Documentation

: Maintain and manage all billing-related documentation for audit and reference purposes.

Client Interaction

: Work closely with clients to address billing-related queries and discrepancies.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 10-15 years of experience in billing engineering within the industrial or residential construction sectors.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Technical Knowledge

: Strong understanding of construction billing processes and contract management.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
