Civil Architect
with hands-on experience in design planning and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings and layouts for residential & commercial projects
Work on AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, and sections
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams
Modify designs as per client requirements
Conduct site visits to ensure execution as per drawings
Assist in material planning and basic project estimation
Ensure compliance with local building norms and standards
Requirements:
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
2-3 years of relevant experience
in construction or renovation projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic 3D software
Strong understanding of residential & commercial buildings
Good communication and coordination skills
