The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Background: A Civil and Structural Design Engineer, will be a technical resource in performing Designs for Civil works and different type of on-shore and Off-shore structures. Requirement: Civil and Structural Design Engineer should be responsible for following Drafting, basics execution and modelling. Drafting/ preparation, 2D layout, 3D modelling and control of concrete foundation drawings and steel structures according to project specifications and internal standards. Execute steel for structural elements in \'In Service\' (operation, seismic) and \'Pre- Service\' conditions (land, sea transport and lifting). Concrete structures and foundations/geotechnical. Concrete foundations i.e. Slabs, footings, and pile design. Advance structural calculation for steel and/or concrete structures under dynamic loadings. Fatigue design: advance structural calculation for steel structures under cyclic loadings. Construction/Fabrication requirements definition and impacts on the structural design. Should be able to Plan, Communicate, Control, Execute the project. Ensure timely execution of project and Back-log clearance, if required. Maintains the execution timeline, assist with the approval of external suppliers. Obtain or provide pricing for estimating purposes. To monitor the overall design phase including the co-ordinate with the customers and vendors for progress and updates. Assist with developing and maintaining processes, procedures and standards for technical design/Guidelines To prepare Material List and MTOs for Civil and structural requirements. Getting involved in plant layout drawings. Helps in fixing up the equipments. Perform final check of all the project deliverables like typically calculation report, construction drawings, etc. in accordance with international standards and project specifications. Should be able to perform at advanced level to which technically complex tasks like dynamic simulations, fatigue evaluation). Need to supervise project technically and is responsible for the internal design standards approval. Required Qualifications & Competencies: Engineering degree (Civil or structural Engineering). 8 to 12 years of experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil & gas). Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills. Experience with Structural Layouts, P&IDs, equipment data sheets, interpreting vendor manuals. Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the -other teams. To liase with other disciplines. Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Standard tools used by Plant & Module are: SAP 2000, Staad Pro, ANSYS, Tekla Structural Designer, AutoCAD 2D, Idea Statica, Aveva E3D, TCE. G ood to have skills: Exposure to oil & gas /Power Facilities structural Engineering activities. Experience with SharePoint for document management.
