Oversee day-to-day on-site work to ensure designs are executed as per drawings and specifications.
Quality Control:
Ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes meet company standards.
Timeline Management:
Monitor progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Resource Management:
Supervise site labor, track attendance, and manage material usage and deliveries.
Site Documentation:
Maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and photographic records.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve on-site technical or coordination issues promptly.
Client Interaction:
Represent the company on-site and handle client queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
3-4 years of experience as Site Supervisor in Interior Fit-out or Construction projects.
Strong understanding of
drawings, BOQs, and site measurement
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Project Documentation
.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and meet tight deadlines.
