Job Description

A Civil Engineer designs, constructs, and maintains infrastructure projects like buildings, roads, and bridges. An Electrical Engineer designs, develops, and tests electrical systems and components for various projects, including power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Both roles involve project management, cost estimation, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations. Civil Engineer :

Design and Planning:

Civil engineers are involved in the design and planning of construction projects, including creating technical drawings, site layouts, and specifications.

Project Management:

They manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Construction Supervision:

Civil engineers supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

They prepare cost estimates, analyze project requirements, and develop budgets for construction projects.
A Maintenance Engineer ensures machinery, equipment, and facilities operate reliably and efficiently. They perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs to minimize downtime. They may also be involved in creating maintenance procedures, assessing skills for maintenance personnel, and ensuring safety compliance. Essentially, they bridge the gap between engineering principles and practical maintenance execution. Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repair:

Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing faults, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.

Preventive Maintenance:

Implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize unexpected failures.

Equipment Management:

Ensuring equipment is properly maintained, including spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

Teamwork & Communication:

Collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and departments.
