Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Civil 3D Trainer to join our expert faculty team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil infrastructure projects and a strong command over Autodesk Civil 3D software. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering online sessions, creating course content, and guiding learners to develop industry-ready civil design and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live online training sessions on Autodesk Civil 3D for students and professionals Teach core concepts such as road design, land development, surface modeling, grading, alignments, profiles, and corridor modeling Prepare practical exercises, assignments, and assessments Provide guidance and support to learners throughout the course duration Stay updated with the latest Civil 3D features, tools, and industry trends Maintain training quality and ensure high student satisfaction Coordinate with the academic and technical team for smooth session delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in the civil design industry or training roles. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and supporting tools Good communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred). Passion for upskilling students and contributing to their career growth.
