About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Civil 3D Instructor

to deliver high-quality online training sessions to engineering professionals and students. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, excellent communication skills, and a proven background in teaching or training.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured online training sessions on

AutoCAD Civil 3D

in accordance with the course curriculum Teach core and advanced Civil 3D modules including surfaces, alignments, corridors, grading, pipe networks, quantity take-off, and project workflows Prepare training materials, practical exercises, case studies, and assessments Guide learners through hands-on project work and troubleshoot technical issues Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain high levels of learner engagement during live virtual classes Update course content based on latest Civil 3D features and industry practices Collaborate with training coordinators for scheduling, attendance, and reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 10 years of overall experience

in Civil Engineering / CAD Design

Mandatory:

Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or corporate faculty Strong hands-on expertise in

AutoCAD Civil 3D (latest versions)

Proficiency in horizontal & vertical alignment design, grading, corridor modeling, surfaces, pipe networks, and plan/profile generation Experience working on real-world infrastructure projects (roads, highways, land development, utilities, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to teach both

weekdays and weekend batches
