Job Title: City Operations Head - Uber Business Line

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced City Operations Head to lead and manage city-level operations for our Uber business line. The role involves overseeing driver performance, vehicle utilization, collections, compliance, and overall operational efficiency while ensuring a superior customer and driver experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and improve overall city performance in line with business targets

Source, onboard, and retain driver partners

Implement and manage Uber incentive programs

Optimize vehicle utilization and fleet efficiency

Ensure timely daily and weekly collections

Plan and execute driver training programs

Control driver attrition through effective engagement strategies

Ensure compliance with vehicle and driver documentation

Handle escalations and prevent repeat issues

Manage manpower planning and hub operations

Oversee vehicle charging (fast & slow) and maintenance coordination

Ensure 100% telematics compliance

Participate in field scouting and market analysis

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in city/operations management (transportation, mobility, or logistics preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Data-driven decision-making ability

Knowledge of Uber business model and incentive structures is an advantage

Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
