We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy City Head with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead and oversee city-wide operations. This role blends strategic leadership with strong hands-on involvement in accounts management, sales and marketing, debt recovery, and acting as a right-hand support (EA) to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Operations & Strategy
Drive growth and profitability in the city
Develop and execute city-level business strategies aligned with company goals
Act as the key point of contact between city operations and head office
2. Accounts Handling & Reporting
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities: billing, receivables, expenses
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits, compliance, and tax-related work
Maintain financial records and ensure timely reporting
3. Sales & Marketing
Generate leads and drive sales conversions
Plan and implement local marketing strategies to build brand visibility
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
4. Debt Recovery
Follow up on outstanding payments and recover dues from clients/customers
Build rapport with clients while maintaining strong credit control
Maintain debt recovery MIS and update the leadership regularly
5. Executive Assistant Functions
Assist the CA and leadership team in managing schedules, follow-ups, and documentation
Prepare financial summaries, reports, and presentations
Support in internal coordination, project management, and decision-making
