Maintain balanced performance across all loan products and lenders
Focus on approvals and revenue generation
2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
Generate self sourced leads through open market activities
Approach customers in residential societies, offices, shops, corporates, and marketplaces
Build referral network for repeat business
Convert leads into approved loan applications
3. Customer Interaction and Loan Advisory
Understand customer financial needs and eligibility
Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI, tenure, and charges clearly
Recommend the most suitable loan product and lender
Maintain ethical and transparent sales practices
4. Documentation and Eligibility Verification
Collect complete KYC, income, and property documents
Verify eligibility as per bank/NBFC and DSA guidelines
Ensure zero fake, incomplete, or non-compliant documentation
5. Follow Ups and Case Tracking
Follow up with customers for pending documents and verification
Track applications from login to disbursement
Coordinate with operations, credit, and lender teams for timely approvals
6. Field Activity and City Coverage
Conduct daily field visits across assigned areas
Identify high potential locations and customer segments
Maintain strong market presence and visibility
7. Reporting and MIS
Submit daily and weekly sales and activity MIS
Update CRM or trackers accurately
Track pipeline, approvals, rejections, and disbursements
8. Compliance and Brand Representation
Follow RBI, bank, and DSA compliance guidelines
Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
Represent company and lender brands professionally

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
