• To build, nurture Ugaoo brand and drive sales via offline channels in the assigned Territory/Region
• Provide leadership to the assigned region, oversee retail activities in COCO and SIS stores.
• Create a business plan for the region by the concept of SIS.
• Recruit and train SIS partners, their staff and company\xe2\x80\x99s brand promoters.
• Identify Premium Retail Spaces to establish Standalone Exclusive Retail Stores/Kiosks within high footfall retail malls
• Review and analyze regional sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and to identify potential new markets.
• Develop marketing programs and promotions to increase the store sales
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the store region; design and implement training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
• Closely monitor & control expenses through efficient store operations.
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Collaborate with the Head of Retail to develop territory, sales quota, and strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of experience in retail operations
• Must have experience in developing COCO and SIS stores.
• Knowledge of local geography, demography is must
• Should be able to travel and own a vehicle.
• Excellent management, leadership , and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9800,000.00 - 9900,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift
