As we continue to grow rapidly, we're always on the lookout for problem-solving & big thinkers to come aboard!Responsible for driving, owning the P&L of Ugaoo business in the respective region/CityBuild, nurture Ugaoo brand and drive sales via offline channels in the Territory/RegionIndependently establish SIS business Partnership in the City/Region with necessary approval from HOD and grow the business to surpass the predetermined Sales goalsIndependently identify Premium Retail Spaces to establish Standalone Exclusive Retail Stores/Kiosks within high footfall retail MallsCreate Business Plan (Monthly/ Qtrly/ Annual) for Ugaoo for the region considering SIS, Exclusive Retail & General Trade(GT)Weekly review for Sales TeamMarket Intelligence reporting to HQEnsure SOPs are adhered in the region and staff is trained on SOPsDevelop, drive and nurture GT Business for the region.Credit Control, receivable Management. Timely CollectionsClose coordination with HO staff/ HOD for marketing or any other support neededRecruitment, Training & Motivating Retail Sales Staff on Product, Customer Service, Operating Systems & LogisticsEnsure Footfall Conversion rate is Close to 100%Training of SIS Partners and their Sales StaffMonitor and Maintain end to end City Operations, Sales Forecasting, Stock Availability in the Retail SpacesDrive Local Marketing campaign, Exhibitions and activation to boost demand and thereby salesEnsure world class Customer Experience and Customer satisfaction to be the Top Priority among Sales Staff and proactively review, handle consumer feedback & grievance, if anyProduct Display hygiene /Branding should be as per standards/ norms. Coordination with Marketing Vendors for BrandingBuild relationship with the local regulatory bodies and manage /escalate concerns ( If any )Requirements:Should be a Management Graduate in Retail/Sales/Marketing ManagementShould have minimum 5 years of work experience into Sales & OperationsShould be passionate, Go-getter with Team Handling experienceExperience in establishing SIS & Retail Store Operations will be added advantageMust have his/her own vehicle & should be willing to extensively travel 5 days a weekKnowledge of local geography, demography is mustCandidate should be presentable with excellent communication Skills with good knowledge of Excel/PPTJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
