Key Responsibilities

? Lead sales strategy for the city, driving occupancy, revenue, and profitability
? Full P&L ownership with strong focus on pricing, inventory, and cost control
? Manage & mentor a high-performing city sales team
? Drive enterprise client acquisition and close large-value leasing deals
? Build deep relationships with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners
? Oversee market expansion, competitive analysis, and new center identification
? Ensure strong governance, reporting, MIS, and compliance metrics

Requirements

8-12 years' experience in commercial real estate, co-working, business centers, or leasing 3-5 years in city/cluster leadership roles Proven record in achieving occupancy, revenue & P&L targets Strong IPC relationships (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank, Cushman, etc.) Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills MBA preferred
