Roles & Responsibilities



As part of the core leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Assettrust Services in Chennai. You will be responsible for spearheading sales acquisition, managing operations, and building strategic partnerships to position Assettrust as a market leader in the region.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Drive sales acquisition across builder partnerships, ensuring strong client engagement and conversions.

Establish and nurture strategic alliances with builders, facility management companies, and other stakeholders.

Build and foster a high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor key process metrics, evaluate performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Work closely with the leadership team to design and execute short- and long-term business strategies for growth.

Identify and implement innovative ideas for market expansion and customer engagement.

Take ownership with high levels of independence and decision-making authority to drive results at the city level.

Desired Candidate Profile



3-5 years of total experience in field sales (B2B or B2C) with at least 2 year in team management.

Strong background in real estate, channel sales, or related industries preferred.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale high-performing teams.

Hands-on experience in driving sales acquisition and partnerships.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
