Identify segment-specific growth levers including annuity, retirement, and legacy solutions for UHNI clients.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strategic relationships with Axis Bank's Private Bankers, Managing Partners, and key leadership across branches.
Lead joint engagement models to drive activation and conversions.
Sales Governance & Execution
Track daily/monthly KPIs: Seller activation, lead conversion (LCR), persistency, and productivity metrics.
Monitor adherence to activation rhythm, performance cadence, and campaigns.
