We are currently expanding our team across Maharashtra and are seeking suitable candidates for the following roles within our APF (Approved Project Finance) vertical:
Job Responsibility
Drive strategic growth and maintain quality standards
Monitor performance of Managers and Sales Officers
Conduct 1-2 strategic site visits daily
Identify and evaluate new APF site opportunities
Ensure timely part disbursals and overall process efficiencyKey Skills:Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years in a team handling role
Strategic market knowledge and all Manager competencies
Gender: Open
Age: 33
Target Industry: Fintech, BFSI, Banking, NBFC
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the home loan industry (No gaps in experience)
Job Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days
Qualification: Graduate (No Education Gaps till Graduation) or Post Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
