Role Overview
The
City Head
will be responsible for leading Zorba Estates' business operations, sales performance, and brand presence within the designated city. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, deep real estate market knowledge, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Leadership
Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the city.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, investors, and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
2. Team Management & Performance
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and support teams to achieve high performance.
Recruit, train, and develop talent to meet business goals.
Set clear targets and ensure team members meet or exceed KPIs.
3. Operations & Process Excellence
Ensure smooth end-to-end sales operations.
Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
4. Client Relationship & Brand Management
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Represent Zorba Estates in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility in the city.
