Role Overview

MakeO toothsi is looking for a

City Head - B2C Field Sales (Scan Pro)

to lead and scale our on-ground

Scan Pro

sales operations in Pune. This role will be responsible for driving city-level revenue, managing large feet-on-street teams, ensuring high Scan Pro productivity, and executing aggressive growth plans.

This is a

high-ownership leadership role

with direct accountability for Pune's B2C performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. City Revenue & Growth

Own and deliver

Pune city B2C revenue targets

Drive consumer acquisition, lead conversion, and treatment plan closures Execute city-level growth and expansion strategies

2. Scan Pro Team Management

Lead, manage, and scale

toothsi Scan Pros

, Team Leaders, and City Managers Ensure optimal

deployment, productivity, and performance

of Scan Pros Conduct regular field reviews, ride-alongs, and performance coaching Drive adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and customer experience

3. Execution & Operations

Ensure strong

on-ground execution

at malls, societies, kiosks, and partner locations Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics Identify gaps and implement corrective actions quickly

4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with

marketing, central sales, ops, and clinic teams

Coordinate with central leadership on targets, incentives, and capacity planning Ensure smooth handover from Scan Pro to central sales teams

5. People Development & Discipline

Hire, train, and retain high-performing Scan Pro teams Build a strong performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability Manage incentives, attendance, and discipline for field teams
Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in

B2C field sales

4+ years in a

city-level / regional leadership role

Proven experience managing

large feet-on-street sales teams

Strong execution, people management, and analytical skills Experience in

D2C / healthcare / retail / telecom / BFSI / FMCG

preferred Comfortable with aggressive targets and fast-paced environments
