Role Overview
As a
City Head / Area Manager
, you will be responsible for driving
sales growth, operational excellence, and team performance
across multiple Pizza Wings outlets in your assigned city/area. You'll act as the key link between
store teams and the leadership team
, ensuring brand standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Business & Sales Growth
Own and drive
city-level revenue, profitability, and growth targets
Implement local sales, marketing, and promotional strategies
Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and P&L to improve performance
Operations Excellence
Oversee
day-to-day operations of multiple outlets
Ensure adherence to
SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Minimize wastage, control costs, and improve efficiency
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate
Store Managers and outlet teams
Drive
training, performance reviews, and manpower planning
Build a high-performance, customer-first culture
Customer Experience
Ensure consistent
brand experience across all outlets
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure quick resolution
Monitor online reviews and improve customer satisfaction scores
Stakeholder & Expansion Support
Coordinate with central teams (HR, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Support
new store launches
and franchise onboarding (if applicable)
Act as the brand ambassador for Pizza Wings in your city
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Post-Graduate
6-12 years of experience
in QSR, F&B, Retail, or Multi-Unit Operations
Proven experience managing
multiple outlets or large teams
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with
targets, reports, and fast-paced environments
Willingness to travel within the city/region
