who can drive consistency, profitability, and guest experience across both the brewery and taproom while building a high-performing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Excellence
Ensure
smooth end-to-end operations
across both locations.
Set and monitor SOPs for service, kitchen, bar, brewery coordination, and guest handling.
Maintain consistent
guest experience, quality, hygiene, and safety standards
.
Lead outlet GMs / Ops Managers; ensure discipline and accountability.
People Leadership
Build, mentor, and retain
strong outlet leadership teams
.
Drive manpower planning, productivity, grooming, and training standards.
Ensure performance reviews, succession planning, and team engagement.
Act as the cultural torchbearer for the Red Rhino brand.
Brand & Guest Experience
Uphold Red Rhino's brand identity across touchpoints.
Handle escalated guest issues and ensure high online reputation.
Work closely with marketing teams for city-level campaigns, launches, and activations.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with central teams - HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain.
Work closely with founders / leadership on strategic initiatives.
Manage key vendors, partners, and local authorities.
Must for the candidate:
7-8 years
of experience in hospitality (breweries, large format restaurants, nightlife).
Currently working as
City GM / Cluster GM / Senior Operations Head
.
Proven
multi-outlet management
experience.
Strong understanding of
P&L, cost control, and operations metrics
.
Hands-on leader with excellent people and communication skills.
Aspires to grow into
Regional / Business Head roles
.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
