to manage and organize our two-wheeler training programs for women in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage trainer recruitment, ensure smooth on-ground operations, support trainers and learners, and contribute to building an empowering community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate two-wheeler training sessions.
Act as the primary point of contact for trainers and address their operational needs.
Facilitate a smooth experience for learners by coordinating with trainers and resolving queries.
End-to-end trainer recruitment and ensuring compliance, such as verifying learning licenses.
Manage logistical requirements, such as venue arrangements and resource distribution.
Maintain accurate records of sessions, participants, and feedback.
Prepare and share progress reports with the leadership team.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
0-3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or related roles.
Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (spoken)
Good communication, people skills, and the ability to manage fieldwork
Familiar with MS Office, Google Suite, and data entry tools
