Job Description

Responsibilities: * Support execution of strategic infrastructure plans aligned with city planning and service integration.

• Manage detailed design and engineering of civil systems ensuring compliance with Indian and international standards.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate adoption of sustainable design practices and smart technologies in civil infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility checks, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize performance and cost.
• Coordinate with master planners, engineering disciplines, and PMC teams for integrated design delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on technical and execution matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
• Monitor interoperability and technical compliance across city infrastructure systems.
• Provide regular updates to the Head - City Civil Infrastructure and Advisor - Infra on progress, risks, and resolutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master's degree in Urban Infrastructure or Planning being optional
• 8-12 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in urban infrastructure delivery in mid to large-scale organizations. The candidate should have experience in managing multi-site infrastructure projects within MNCs, Indian companies, or conglomerates, specifically in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, covering roads, drainage, utility corridors, and public realm. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate execution excellence, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
