As a Coretek EUC Support Engineer, you will be a key member of our team, providing expert support for our enterprise managed services clients. In this role, you'll ensure seamless, secure, and high-performance virtual desktop experiences while occasionally contributing to project delivery initiatives. Your work will leverage leading technologies such as Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Nerdio, and Citrix to help clients maximize the value of their end-user computing environments.
You will help Coretek clients succeed by combining deep technical expertise with a commitment to service excellence. Leveraging modern tools and practices--including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation--you'll ensure our clients' environments remain reliable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
