Job descriptionCitrix L3 , Wintel L3+ Engineer with very good troubleshooting and communication skills - CIT-04-C3

• Deploy, host and manage Citrix end to infrastructure in AWS / GCP Cloud

• Deploy Hybrid Citrix Solution with SAML SSO through ADFS/Any IdP for secured single-sign-on.

• Migrate on-prem Citrix XenApp with Citrix ADC to AWS Cloud.

• Experience in Citrix XenApp Administration with multiple sites and farms.

• Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration

• Knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile

• Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation

• PowerShell scripting (IIS Log cleanup, basic deployment , application pool recycle)

• ITIL & Working Knowledge of Ticketing tool (any).

• Good knowledge of change management processes and Problem Management.

• Demonstrate good communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving skills.
