Citrix Admin
Job Description
. Performs verifications of 3rd party products like software, peripherals and Chrome devices with Citrix Cloud and Google Chrome OS . Ability to understand and develop test cases for various devices and ISV apps. . Identify, isolate, interpret and report defects. . Work with product engineering and Citrix Ready to validate and post test results . Manage each deliverable with great attention to detail and take accountability of every product verified. . Work with developers to analyze requirements and reproduce problems to get them resolved. . Have a positive attitude towards work and grow together with the team. . 5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years in Citrix product support and administration position . Mandatory experience with Citrix products and services (including the installation, configuration and administration of CVAD, Citrix Cloud ) and Google Chrome OS . Good working knowledge of end user computing devices, peripherals, ISV applications, and different operating systems. . Good Communication skills.
