A CMMI Level 3 organization with office Salt Lake, Kolkata is hiring smart fresher and experienced candidates with excellent speaking skills in Bengali and Hindi for one of it's major Domestic Citizen Service project.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls (non - technical) and assist in query solving Transfer calls to relevant departments as required Maintain professional and helpful tone

Eligibility:

Fresher with Graduation (technical / honors) mandatory Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; English is a plus Flexible working in all shifts as:
- Morning: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM

- Evening: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

- Night: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Open to 6 day's work week
Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary and allowance up-to INR 14,000.00 per month
