Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and voice gateways.
Experience with SIP Trunking, H.323,SCCP and VoIP protocols.
Experience with QoS and voice VLANs.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preffred Skills:
Experience with Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX)
Experience with Cisco Webex Teams and Meetings,Design and implement Cisco voice solutions for customers.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Unity Connection.
Install and configure voice gateways, ISR routers, switches and other Cisco voice equipment.
Develop and implement voice dial plans.
Provide level 2 support for complex voice issues.
Participate in project planning and implementation.
Collaborate with other engineers, project managers and customers.
Produce documentation for voice solutions.
