Responsibilities : Drive GTM programs around execution of partnerships for MFI/Dairies/SHG etc. at a state level and execute on ground in collaboration with state sales team, managing end to end operations for defined and desired output
Overall responsibility for acquisitions, throughput and balances from the assigned vertical
Drive revenue from CMS partners
Client relationship management
Responsible for creating and maintaining sales processes like Channel SOP's, promoter WoW etc. related to assigned vertical
Work on the distribution foothold and develop it for creating the required infra for these partnerships at the state
Ensure effective deployment of off roll manpower and KPI measurement for them as per segment across the portfolio
Driving central incentive/marketing program for all segments a state level
Managing day to day operations w.r.t. assigned vertical
Establish and sustain robust relationship with stakeholders such as external partners, State/Circle teams, Channel Partners etc.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies
Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends
Responsible for adhering and maintaining hygiene, compliance and processes for smooth conduct of the business.
Responsible for identification of locations with potential CMS business and coordination with circle team for distribution set up
Collate best practices and implement the same across
Build and manage a business roadmap to support our goals and strategies
