RF Optimization Engineer performs RF network performance optimization to optimize customer Network for optimum utilization of network resources and best customer experience. RF Optimization Solution Architect role is applicable for optimization of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. The Solution Architect can be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Perform parameter optimization of the radio network to optimize network performance
• Active participation in customer network optimization related discussions
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
• Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations and work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions
• Identify add-on sales opportunities, Collect and document customer requirements
• To formulate Radio Optimization solutions meeting customer requirements, make technical presentations
• To ensure all the optimization tools are maintained and updated as per latest SW version
• To drive Single Cell Verification Test of the newly coordinated sites as per project schedule
• To drive cluster optimization as per Ericsson recommendations
• Radio Network Optimization Report finalization and presentation to the customer

To be successful in role must have:

• Experience of 2G/3G/4G RNO 5G radio optimization experience will be a plus. Ericsson RAN Portfolio Knowledge
• Ambitious & Commercial Thinking, Crafting & Innovating, Applying Expertise & Technology, Analyzing, Learning & Researching to deliver results & meeting Customer Expectations
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT mandatory
• At least 9+ years on proven experience
• Planning, organization and implementing skills, Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle circle CTO customer meetings and discussions.
