Purpose of the Role: The custodian of this role is responsible to build a strong brand in MRL\'s Target Group based on our MORE Hypermart CVP which is around Value & Fresh. This would be for the existing stores in the East Circle, apart from a series of new stores that will be launched in the next 2 years in the Circle. Principal Responsibilities: The Circle Marketing head will be responsible for achieving/monitoring footfalls for all stores & driving conversions. This will also involve turning around focused stores in line with the business strategy and plan. The role will spearhead initiatives - NPS & consumer engagement programs. The value format requires a special mindset of being able to work with lesser resources. Cost leadership in everything is a must. Key outcome metrics are as follows: Limited marketing budgets to maximise reach in the catchment and explore new innovative tool on VM and other consumer communication material Competition spends heavily on ATL Drive NOBs in highly competitive Modern Trade & General Trade catchments In the context of the above, drive NOB Target for the stores. Footfall as % of catchment population. Footfall per rupee spent on mktg. Monthly footfalls for all stores. Driving Conversion. Driving retention of existing shoppers Build advocacy through activation KRAs: Catchment Planning Lead insights to get closer to the customer Plan and Execute Marketing Actions Marketing spends efficiency Successful NSO Launches Education and Experience: - MBA Marketing from Tier 2/Tier 3 institutes - 5-9 years\' experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Values Collaboration Customer Obsession Frugality Innovation Grit Integrity Growing Talent
