The Circle Manager will be responsible for overseeing all telecom operations across the Rajasthan circle. This role ensures smooth functioning of field activities, workforce management, customer issue resolution, project supervision, vendor coordination, and achievement of operational KPIs within the assigned state.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management
Manage and supervise daily telecom operations across all districts in Rajasthan.
Ensure timely completion of installation, maintenance, and service activities.
Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Track circle-wise KPIs, SLAs, and productivity targets.
2. Team & Field Workforce Management
Lead and manage a team of field technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
Conduct regular reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
Ensure manpower availability as per project requirements.
3. Customer & Client Coordination
Address escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings across the circle.
4. Project Execution
Plan and implement project timelines in coordination with the central team.
Monitor material utilization, inventory, and vendor deliveries.
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on circle activities.
Maintain attendance, productivity, asset tracking, and field documentation.
Present operational insights and improvement plans to management.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure all team members follow company policies and field guidelines.
Monitor attendance, leave policy, and discipline in the assigned circle.
Conduct audits and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Telecom / Management or equivalent.
4-8 years of experience in telecom operations, field management, or similar roles.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to handle statewide teams and multiple project sites.
Good knowledge of telecom networks, installation, maintenance, and service protocols.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and field tracking tools.
Ability to travel across Rajasthan as required.
