About the Role
The Circle Head- NRI is a senior leadership role within the Retail Banking division, responsible for NR Business development business for the region which includes driving New-to-Bank (NTB), NRI customer acquisition and cross selling of revenue products across the region through multiple channels, including branches and dedicated NRI frontline officers (Relationship Managers and Acquisition RM-NRI). The role involves close collaboration with product and operations teams to ensure effective customer acquisition, servicing, and relationship deepening. With full P&L ownership, the role contributes significantly to the strategic objectives of the branch banking channel.
