JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for hiring, developing and driving sales from Top Financial Advisors/Financial Distributors of competition thereby driving revenue for Agency Channel. The Elite Vertical is a dedicated vertical under Agency Channel, focusing on recruitment and development of proven top performing advisors/ financial distributors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • o Identify the Top financial /General Insurance/Health Insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition
  • o Pitch Max-Life Agency Career Opportunity through Career Seminars / Presentations / Meetings
  • o Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process and regulations related to the same
  • o Hiring and Onboarding of Top Advisors and Business Associates' post conducting Career seminars and Presentation and meet the defined Recruitment plan
  • o Drive sales from the team of Top Advisors / Business Associates and Financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans.
  • o Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the Persistency standards of the channel
  • o Adherence to the desired input behaviours to drive Sales and Recruitment
  • o Periodically Train & Develop advisors for new product launches and communicating any changes in company guidelines / policies.
  • o Managing field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and Recruitment.

  • o Proven record of leading Front-Line Sales in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance
  • o Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations
  • o Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales and activation
