Job Summary:Opportunity:Responsible for hiring, developing and driving sales from Top Financial Advisors/Financial Distributors of competition thereby driving revenue for Agency Channel. The Elite Vertical is a dedicated vertical under Agency Channel, focusing on recruitment and development of proven top performing advisors/ financial distributorsKey Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:o Identify the Top financial /General Insurance/Health Insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competitiono Pitch Max-Life Agency Career Opportunity through Career Seminars / Presentations / Meetingso Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process and regulations related to the sameo Hiring and Onboarding of Top Advisors and Business Associates' post conducting Career seminars and Presentation and meet the defined Recruitment plano Drive sales from the team of Top Advisors / Business Associates and Financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans.o Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the Persistency standards of the channelo Adherence to the desired input behaviors to drive Sales and Recruitmento Periodically Train & Develop advisors for new product launches and communicating any changes in company guidelines / policies.o Managing field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for sales and Recruitment.Measures of Success:o Hiring and driving activation of Top Advisors/Financial Distributors from competitiono Career Seminars / Meetings with TopAdvisors/ Financial Distributorso Meeting Sales and Recruitment Planconsistentlyo Persistencyo Advisor Productivity & Retentiono Adhering to Input behaviorsKey Relationships (Internal / External):o Circle Head -Elite Verticalo Ops Team (CET and DSDO)o Training and Developmento Human Resources Desired qualification and experienceJob Specifications:o Graduate with 5+ years of experience, at least 3 years' experience in insurance sectoro Proven record of leading Front-Line Sales in Financial Services, preferably in Insuranceo Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizationso Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales and activationKEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIREDo Strong relationship building capabilityo Go-getter attitudeo Result orientationo Passionate towards Sales
