Position Description

The purpose of the role is to unlock opportunities for home broadband by collaborating with Local Cable Operators through win-win propositions and creating the desired network infrastructure for superior customer experience at optimal cost.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Partner Selection and Management
Manage and Foster relationships with LCO.
Streamline the vendor/partner management process adopted to empanel LCOs and third-party vendors.
Evaluate the prospective list of LCOs on the defined selection criteria.
Business Delivery
Design processes and systems for quality home pass coverage to drive utilization and customer base; Ensure zero lead loss
Stakeholder Management
Create systems to ensure that 100% partners are profitable basis right financial exposure and investments
Display customer obsession to deliver best in class network experience with timely correction or upgradation in network
People Management
Review and monitor performance of team members on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs.
Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater to the organizational need.
Recommend trainings as required for team member development.
Monitor employee satisfaction through attrition and engagement scores.
Chart out a clear talent development plan and identify and groom team members for higher responsibilities.
Own and manage strong people connects at all levels across the organization.
Network Strategy
Evaluate and verify the expansion plans created for different regions.
Conduct market planning and distribution development for new cities to make recommendations.
Drive customer retention with support of internal customer service (CS) and by ensuring support of local cable operators (LCOs).
Facilitate cross-functional working driven LCO ecosystem.
Supervise and guide business development managers to spearhead partner selection.

Knowledge, Certifications and Experience

Education Qualification Full-time Postgraduate, preferably MBA / PGDM
Total Experience 8-14 years of experience
Certifications required (if any)
