Bougain Mediaa is a creative-driven digital marketing agency helping brands grow through compelling storytelling, modern visuals, and impactful digital presence. We're expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Cinematographer who can bring imagination to life and create visually engaging content for a variety of projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content for commercials, brand films, social media ads, corporate shoots, events, and more. Collaborate with creative directors and content team to visualize and execute ideas. Operate professional cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment efficiently. Handle location scouting, shot planning, storyboarding when required. Ensure smooth production workflow including setup, shooting and file management. Work closely with the editing team to maintain brand consistency and visual style. Stay updated with video trends, transitions, and content styles suitable for digital platforms.
Requirements

Proven experience as a cinematographer/videographer (Portfolio/Reel is a must). Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement and framing. Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups & accessories. Knowledge of video formats and basic color grading concepts. Ability to shoot creative visuals for reels, ads, and modern digital campaigns. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve). Drone operation experience & license. Experience in short-form content creation.
