Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit diverse video content including reels, shorts, podcasts, educational explainers, sales videos, storytelling clips, and long-form YouTube material Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to deliver videos aligned with brand goals and campaign strategies Suggest and develop unique visual styles for different video formats, focusing on originality and audience engagement Research, analyze, and adapt current video trends and best practices in the study abroad and education sectors Ensure all video scripts, storyboards, shooting, and editing meet brand standards, with effective use of graphics, music, and sound Work actively with team members for timely project delivery and feedback incorporation Manage video production equipment, software, and files, maintaining organized assets and technical quality Continuously experiment with new video techniques, editing styles, and digital video tools to elevate visual content Stay updated on social media algorithms, platform specifications, and relevant hashtags for maximum reach

Key Requirements

Proven experience in videography and video editing; strong portfolio required Proficiency with major video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) Strong creative flair and ability to develop unique video concepts for marketing and education Ability to learn quickly, analyze industry trends, and bring fresh ideas into video projects Understanding of social media video formats and best practices (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) Excellent time management and organization skills for multitasking projects Should be proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback Basic graphic design skills a plus Knowledge of branding color schemes (blue, orange, white) and visual consistency preferred Fluency in Malayalam and English is a major adva
