"We're seeking a creative

Cameraman/Videographer

to join our team in Karunagapally Kollam. You'll operate high-end camera equipment, craft compelling visuals for [our brand/clients], and potentially handle editing. Must have a strong portfolio, technical expertise with DSLRs/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects. A passion for visual storytelling is a must

Key Responsibilities:

Filming:

Operate professional cameras, adjust settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, frame rate), and ensure proper focus and framing.

Equipment Management:

Set up, maintain, and organize camera gear, lighting, audio, and stabilizers (drones, gimbals).

Collaboration:

Work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to achieve visual goals and bring concepts to life.

Storytelling:

Capture high-quality footage, applying knowledge of composition, color theory, and cinematic techniques.

Editing (Often):

Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color correction, sound enhancement, and adding motion graphics/text.

Content Creation:

Produce videos for various platforms (social media, marketing, corporate, events).
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical:

Proficiency with specific cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).

Visual:

Strong understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and creating aesthetically pleasing shots.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Experience:

A strong portfolio showcasing past work is often essential, with experience in events, marketing, or film
