Key responsibilities

Visual planning:

Interpret the director's vision and screenplay to plan the look of the film, including the mood, theme, and feel of each scene.

Equipment selection:

Choose and manage all camera and lighting equipment, such as cameras, lenses, and filters, to create the desired aesthetic.

Lighting:

Design and set up lighting to create specific atmospheres and moods for each shot.

Shot composition:

Determine camera angles, framing, and camera movements for each shot to enhance storytelling.

Crew management:

Lead and manage the camera and lighting crews, directing camera operators and assistants.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the director to develop the visual style and ensure consistency throughout the project.

Post-production:

Participate in post-production, including color grading, to shape the final look of the footage.
Skills and qualifications

Technical knowledge:

Expertise in camera equipment, lenses, and lighting technology is essential.

Artistic vision:

A strong creative eye to translate a script into compelling visuals.

Leadership:

Ability to manage and direct a crew of specialists.

Problem-solving:

Resourcefulness to find creative solutions on set.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
