Job Description

The Mission:

We're not hiring a typical faculty. We are looking for a creator-mentor who can lead student teams and consistently deliver 8-10 high-quality videos per month -- music videos, short films, reels, ads -- all aligned with industry standards.

You must teach by doing and deliver visible results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor 3 to 5 student teams at a time

- Guide projects from concept to shoot to edit to final delivery

- Plan and execute weekly shoots

- Teach camera handling, lighting setups, visual storytelling, and editing

- Maintain a monthly content calendar with deadlines

- Ensure every student project is polished and industry-ready

- Coordinate with creative and academic teams to meet training goals

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with cinematography, lighting, and editing

- Skilled in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

- Ability to teach and mentor through real project workflows

- Can take complete ownership of projects and delivery timelines

- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, sliders, and lighting setups

- Passion for both creativity and teaching.

Pay: ?25,023.28 - ?60,021.91 per month
