Collaborate with directors and creative teams to develop the visual style of each project.
Plan and execute shot lists, camera setups, and lighting designs.
Operate camera equipment or direct camera operators and crew on set.
Choose appropriate lenses, cameras, lighting, and other equipment based on the creative vision.
Ensure visual consistency and high production quality throughout all shoots.
Work on location or in studio settings as needed.
Oversee color grading direction and collaborate during post-production when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cinematographer or Director of Photography.
Strong portfolio or reel showcasing diverse cinematography work.
Deep understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera movement.
Experience with a wide range of camera systems (e.g., RED, ARRI, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon, etc.).
Ability to lead a camera and lighting crew efficiently.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve or similar).
Familiarity with post-production workflows.
Drone operation or gimbal/stabilizer experience is a plus.
Flexibility to travel and work on set as required.
