Who We're Looking For

We are hiring a

strong, hands-on Cinematographer cum Video Editor

who can

own the frame from shoot to final delivery

. This role is for professionals who understand

camera, light, colour, rhythm, and story

-- not just software.

If you can shoot beautifully, edit sharply, and think visually under pressure, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Cinematography

Shoot ad films, corporate films, brand films, documentaries, CSR films, and events Design shots, lighting setups, camera movement, and visual mood Operate cinema cameras (Sony FX/FS, RED, Blackmagic, ARRI) Handle gimbals and drones (licensed operators preferred) Maintain cinematic standards across all deliverables Lead camera assistants and on-set technical crew

Video Editing & Post

End-to-end editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Build narrative flow, pacing, and story structure Add graphics, titles, supers, and basic animations Basic to intermediate colour grading using DaVinci Resolve Ensure broadcast and digital delivery standards

Photography & Workflow

Still photography during shoots, BTS, interviews, and events Photo retouching using Photoshop and Lightroom Data management, backups, and media safety during shoots
Required Skills & Experience

3-10 years

of professional experience in cinematography and video editing Strong

demonstrating shooting + editing capability Expertise in cinema cameras and lighting Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve Strong storytelling instinct and visual judgement Comfortable with fast-paced, multi-location, travel-heavy projects
