Cinematographer cum Editor

Skills Required:

Camera Operation & Handling

Expertise with professional cinema

cameras (Sony, Canon,Nikon etc.)

Knowledge of different lenses and

focal lengths for storytelling.

Smooth gimbal, drone, slider, and

steadicam operation.

Lighting Mastery

Understanding of natural vs.

artificial lighting.

Ability to set up soft lighting for

interviews/couple shots.

Using reflectors, LEDs, and low-

light techniques (since weddings

soften happen indoors/night).

Storytelling Through Shots

Capturing emotions, rituals, candid

moments, and decor.

Thinking like a storyteller, not just a

cameraman.

Audio Recording

Using lapel mics, shotgun mics,

and audio recorders.

Ensuring vows, speeches, and

music are clear.

Editing Software Expertise

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro

X, DaVinci Resolve (for color

grading).

After Effects for creative intros &

motion graphics.

Storytelling & Narrative Building

Storytelling & Narrative Building

Ability to turn raw footage into an

emotional story.

Social media editing (vertical reels/

shorts for Instagram & TikTok).

Good sense of pacing & rhythm to

match music beats.

Color Grading

Applying cinematic looks (warm

tones, film-like styles).

Consistency across multiple

cameras and lighting conditions.

Sound Design

Mixing background music with

ambient/wedding sounds.

Removing noise, syncing

dialogues/vows.

Creative Add-ons

Slow-motion, timelapse, drone

transitions.

Titles, lower thirds, wedding

highlight reels, teasers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
