Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
installation, configuration, and deployment
of cinema Cinema
software across multiple environments.
Handle second level support for any cinema Issues round the clock as and
when required.
Manage and maintain all modules within cinema Cinema, ensuring optimal
performance and alignment with operational requirements.
Customize and configure the system according to client-specific business
processes and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, including integrations with
third-party applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support
staff to streamline cinema operations through cinema.
Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users for cinema
functionality and enhancements.
Work with cinema support and development teams for updates, patches,
and enhancements as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of exclusive experience working with cinema Cinema software
.
In-depth expertise in cinema Cinema configuration, deployment, module
management, and system customization.
Strong understanding of cinema business processes and how they
integrate with cinema functionalities.
Proven experience in troubleshooting complex issues within cinema
