Cinema Security Officer

Experience Required:

2-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation

Qualifications

Graduation / Post-Graduation Professional certification or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management Diploma in Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day cinema operations, ensuring smooth functioning. Manage and motivate teams across multiple locations. Conduct interviews, staff training, and performance evaluations. Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards. Build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and customers. Handle conflict resolution and ensure excellent customer experience.

Competencies

Strong operational background in multi-location businesses. Leadership skills with proven experience in managing large teams. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Fluency in English with strong communication ability. Self-motivated, disciplined, and a problem solver with a "can-do" attitude.
