Job Description
We have immediate requirement for the position of Tele Caller in a India's Digital Marketing Company for Hyderabad Location. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the process.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Complete call logs and reports.
