Functions and Responsibilities: The Robotic Process Automation Developer is responsible for the logic, business design model, and overall technical development and maintenance of the RPA coding environment. They will play a key role in the successful implementation of automated processes across the company. To do this successfully, the person in the role must be able to collaborate with business, control room, and other technical resources to ensure the security, architecture, programming logic, and configuration of the systems are functioning. They must maintain a full documentation set of all Robots as well as fulfill on demand requests from the business stakeholders. Responsibilities / Duties aAEURA Govern the adherence to audit policies and procedures across the RPA environment aAEURA Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into tool agnostic solution designs and think outside the confines of a specific tool aAEURA Uphold consistency in process automation coding and naming aAEURA Act as Tier 2/3 support to the process automations and its service aAEURA Author design documentation built from requirements, maintain all programming logic attached to each design, perform unit testing, aid in system testing and validation testing, and work closely with administrative staff for release deployment aAEURA Monitor change items and consult with IT regarding upstream changes to infrastructure and applications that may require changes/testing to existing automations aAEURA Responsible for partnering with security and other teams regarding access and authorization to functional applications for use in new/on-going process automations aAEURA Provide vendor oversight and promote issues to the vendor when needed aAEURA Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices aAEURA Manage day-to-day system development and maintenance activities for RPA deployment aAEURA Act as the Subject Matter Expert of Shared Services in liaison with other technology groups aAEURA Perform all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards Requirement: Experience Required aAEURA BacheloraAEURA(TM)s Degree in Computer Science or Technical field aAEURA Strong Blue Prism Development knowledge aAEURA Excellent knowledge of APIs and webservices experience Critical Skills / Knowledge aAEURA Ability to pay attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously aAEURA Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of client, leadership and engagement management aAEURA Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture aAEURA Ability to work within timelines with limited supervision Skills Considered a Plus aAEURA Blue Prism Certification
