Senior Collection leader with the hands on analytical skills to lead PAN INDIA Collection and Pre
collection activities such as Onboarding, Awareness and Frond end collections.
- Delinquency controller - To maintain high standard of collection efficiency to restrict the flow to
delinquent buckets (NPA). To ensure Highest collections resolutions to maintain portfolio quality
at the desired levels and In line with organizational objectives.

• Can lead multi hierarchy tele – calling Inhouse/agency team, to ensure no gaps in coverage and

efforts.

• Implement and execute collections strategy. Ensure achievement of process efficiencies in

collections. Implement new strategies to reduce flows. Reduce cost, Initiate effective tools to
enhance collections.

• Provide inputs for strategy and highlight anomalies to respective departments within the

organization.

• Coordinate with various departments within the organization for issue/dispute resolution
• Periodical collection strategy review to ensure collection techniques are updated with existing

market and portfolio conditions. To devise strategy which is cost-effective and result effective.

• Analyzing the delinquency reports and monitoring the trends in collection by referring to

concerned areas and profile patterns and feedback.

• Collection Team Management including reviews with team members at HO, Regional Managers,

Asst Managers, and Collection officers. Provide various collection reports to collection team to
track their performance and have more effective collection framework.

• Define SOPs, functional guidelines and ensure accuracy and completeness of collection

transactions, bucketing, agency allocation logics, legal, NOC etc.

• Ensuring code of conduct, compliance and laid process are followed without any deviation by the

entire team members.

• Responsible for providing Induction, On the Job and Refresher training on Existing Process and

the Newly implemented policies to all the team members.

• Need to work closely with the strategy, product and other relevant stakeholders for the process

simplification and effective portfolio management.

• Timely reviews/calls with senior management for enhancing recoveries and providing valuable inputs
